A local business pays a monthly retainer. MaxAI deploys a real agent with a real computer that does the work you mapped, and keeps doing it. The website is the front door. The agent is the person behind it — answering the jobs that come in, following the standard path, and handing you the weird ones.

If your customers never touch it, you will cancel. So the version we sell has them talking to it: a form, a request, a booking, a claim — whatever starts money in your trade. Then the agent is touching revenue, not a toy.

Not a chat bubble on your site. Not “we prompt ChatGPT for you.” A named agent with a computer — browser, files, inbox drafts, your website, your hub record — that works the job you hired it for and stays running on our servers, not on your laptop.

You do not babysit it. You review the log. Weird cases come to you.

The website (the front door)

A site for the actual business: services, city, phone, hours, real copy. The form on that site posts into our hub so the agent can see the job the moment someone raises a hand. If nobody can start work from the site, we did not ship a front door.

Quality bar: something the owner of MaxAI would buy. A green checkbox is not proof.

What we can fully deliver and retain today

This is the contract we will keep this week, not after a future filing or a future phone product.

1. Map one process

What starts it. Who is still responsible. What “done” looks like. What happens when it is weird. We automate the standard path. You get the exception.

2. Ship the front door

A live website for your business, with a working inquiry form. Inbound lands in the MaxAI hub via POST /api/v1/leads/inbound. We host it. Custom domain comes after you are live, not as a stall.

3. Put the agent on

The agent reads those inquiries, drafts the follow-up, updates the site when facts change, keeps a shared record, and writes you a weekly log of hours saved. It stays on. You are not the prompt.

How a month actually looks

  1. Days 1–10 (setup, $2,000). We sit with you (in person if you are local, video if you are not). We map one process. We build the site. We stand the agent up against that process. You see it work on a real inquiry before the retainer clock starts.
  2. Every week after ($5,000 / month). The agent works the queue. You get a short written log: jobs taken, drafts waiting for you, exceptions, hours saved in your words (hours × your hourly rate). If a week is thin, we say so — we do not invent busywork.
  3. Outbound from the agent. Until your mailbox or number is connected, the agent drafts and you tap send. That is slower than fully unattended mail. It is also how we do not send garbage in your name. Connecting the mailbox is a login you approve, not a surprise.

You want a widget. You only want ads. You need the phone answered this week. You want a $49/month self-serve bot. You need us to pretend we have a roster of paying logos. Say no — this offer is the wrong product.

What is not included yet

  • Phone / AI receptionist. Calling is unarmed on purpose. We will not answer your business line as this offer. When that product is armed, it is a separate thing on the same hub — not smuggled into this retainer.
  • Card checkout on this page. Live Stripe checkout returns 503 until a real Missouri LLC and EIN exist. We will not fake a legal entity to take a card. First clients pay by invoice after a conversation with Max.
  • Ads, Google Business Profile management, local SEO retainers. Those are other products. This offer is the agent + the front door.
  • A website chat bubble as the product. Chat can exist later as a way their customers talk to the agent. It is not what you are buying.
  • Proof from paying customers. There are none. Honest bar today is $0.

This is a quality sample of a trade website with a working inbound form. This business did not pay us. It is not a case study, not a logo, not MRR. Open it the way a homeowner would. Judge the front door. Do not confuse a sample with a sale.

What we will raise on every next site: more of the business’s own photography, sharper trade-specific copy, and a form a skeptic can submit without wondering if it goes anywhere. The form path is already the hub. The look still has to clear the bar Max would buy.

What a careful buyer should still reject — until these are gone

  1. You have collected $0 from a real customer as of 21 August 2026. There is no live logo to call.
  2. I cannot pay by card on this offer today. Checkout is 503 until a real LLC and EIN exist. You have not filed those yet.
  3. You cannot answer my phones. Calling is unarmed. For a plumber, that is a hole.
  4. Superior Plumbing is a sample, not a client. If your sales page implied otherwise, I would walk.
  5. MaxAI, LLC is staged, not formed. I would be hiring Max Higginbotham as a person until that filing exists.
  6. If you opened a downloaded file, the form cannot post (CORS allows https://maxaihq.com only). On this live page it should. Checkout is still 503 until a real LLC and EIN exist — hosting the page does not take a card.
  7. “Stays on” means your factory and VPS, not a desktop under my shop counter. If I need it on hardware I can see, this is the wrong vendor this month.

If those seven still kill the deal, they should. We would rather lose you on the truth than keep you on a chatbot story.
